Iaf8sL81a : Fail to see how Crouch can be criticised here. Wasn't in the 23 and wasn't preraped to put his and his young family's summer on hold in the hope that a player in his position pulled out of the 23. Crouch SHOULD have been called up in front of Carroll. 22 goals in 42 appearances for England proves it. He is just a natural goalscorer who given game time will return goals.Hodgson/Neville just want a squad that will be here for ths tournament and the next I suppose Crouch doesn't fit that.
