The baby doll in the mildde looks just like me attempting the bow pose!Yoga is fantastic - and honestly, classes are important even if you are doing your own practice at home. Don't worry...it is like water on sand...it will become so much a part of your day to day life that soon you will be nose to nose with Morran doing the down dog whilst waiting for the kettle to boil! :-){sorry about the deleted comment.
